  1. Download the latest version from here.

  2. Install the application and open it.

  3. Click on ‘Telephone’ from the top menu and select ‘Settings’ from the dropdown menu.

  4. Go to ‘Accounts’ tab.

  5. Add a new account by clicking the ‘+’ button at the bottom of the window.

  6. In the ‘SIP Account Setup’ window, enter the below information (this will be changed later on)

    1. Enter the enter the below information corresponding to the device line of the phone from **Nebry UC.

    The properties marked in this colour are fields that you need to get from Nebry UC.**

    1. Full Name: Name of extension
    2. Domain: the SLD (last) part of the SIP Server / Proxy domain, in this example nebryexample.com
    3. User Name: Account / Username
    4. Password: Password
  7. Next disable the account you’ve just created by unchecking ‘Enable this account’.

  8. Once you are able to edit the fields, update the fields as instructed below in the ‘Account Information’ window.

    1. Description: Name of extension
    2. Full Name: Name of extension
    3. Domain: the SLD (last) part of the SIP Server / Proxy domain, in this example nebryexample.com
    4. User Name: Account / Username
    5. Password: Password
  9. In the ‘Network’ window.

    1. Check ‘Connect using proxy’
    2. Server: SIP Server / Proxy
    3. Port: 5061
    4. SIP Transport: TLS
    5. IP Version: IPv4
    6. Uncheck ‘Update IP Address’
  10. In the ‘Advanced’ window.

    1. SIP Address: *Leave empty
    2. Registry Server: SIP Server / Proxy
    3. Register every: 3600
    4. Uncheck ‘Replace “+” with 00’
  11. Once ready, go back to ‘Account Information’ and check ‘Enable this account’.
