When you make or receive a call in the app, a separate Call Control window will open. Here’s how it works:
During an outgoing call, the Call Window will display the status of the call as 'Calling' and during this time you will only be able to 'end' the call.

When you receive an incoming call, the Call Control window will open and show two options:

These options allow you to quickly manage incoming calls directly from the Call Control window.
When the call is answered, the Call Window will give you multiple options that you may need to use during the call.

During a call, you can control your microphone using the Mute and Unmute buttons:
Mute: Click the 'Mute' button to silence your microphone. The other party won't be able to hear you, but you can still hear them. They will experience complete silence from your end.

Unmute: To start speaking again, simply click the 'Unmute' button. This will allow the other party to hear you once more.

You can put a call on hold by using the Hold button:
Hold: Click the 'Hold' button to pause the call. The other party won't be able to hear you, and instead, they will hear randomly selected music. During this time, you won't be able to hear the other party either.
