What Are Flows?
Flows are the core feature that control how VoIP calls route through your organization—both incoming and outgoing. Think of them as visual call logic: you design call paths by dragging and connecting widgets on a canvas.
From simple call forwarding to complex IVR systems with business hour rules and call recording, Flows give you complete control through a flexible, no-code interface.
Why Flows Matter
- Create call behaviour step-by-step using a visual builder
- Route calls to teams, extensions, queues, or external numbers
- Implement logic like IVRs, schedules, recording, and voicemail
- Keep both inbound and outbound call handling organized
How Flows Work
- Start with a blank Flow canvas
- Add Widgets (like "Connect to Queue" or "Play Prompt") from the Widget Library
- Connect these widgets with Wires to define the order and logic of call routing
- Let calls follow the connected path based on caller input, system conditions, or your defined logic
Typical Setup
- One Flow for incoming calls (how external calls are handled)
- One Flow for outgoing calls (what happens when your team makes calls)
